Ingredients:
Cake Batter
- 1 Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup Wesson oil
- 11 oz can mandarain oranges
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
Icing
- 12 oz cool whip
- 3 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 16 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
Instructions:
- Pre heat oven to 350° F.
- Combine cake ingredients on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Prepare 3 pans, greased with wax paper.
- Pour batter into pans.
- Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes.
- Let cakes cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove and cool complete on rack.
- Prepare icing.
- Frost cakes and store in fridge.

Serve Cold
