Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Angel Food Cake Mix
- 1 cup xxx sugar (powdered)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz cool whip
- 1 pkg strawberries
- 1 pkg blueberries
- 1 pkg raspberries
Instructions:
- Pre heat oven to 350° F.
- Prepare angel food cake mix according to package directions.
- Spread batter over 10″x15″x1″ with parchment.
- Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes.
- While warm, dust tea towel with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and roll up cake. Let cool for 2 hours (or refrigerate).
Filling Instructions:
- Combine cream cheese, 3/4 cup powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Mix in cool whip.
- Unroll cake.
- Spread filling.
- Add berries.
- Reroll.

Grandma Note
The words “red, white and blue” are scribbled on the corner of this recipe card. Perhaps a patriotic pastry – or something special for her Independence Day daughter.
