Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

Cheesecake
  • 3 – 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 eggs
  • salt (dash)
  • 3 cups sour cream
Crust
  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Bake crust at 375° F for 8 minutes.
  3. Reduce oven to 325° F.
  4. Combine cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups sugar, lemon juice, salt, eggs and 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Pour into crust.
  5. Bake at 325° F for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Combine sour cream and remaining sugar (1/2 cup) and vanilla extract (1 1/2 tsp). Top cheesecake and return to oven for 10 minutes.
