Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup turmeric
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp cerrano?
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp – 1 tbsp pasta (*grandkid note: I’m gonna be real honest, I thought I was tracking until this ingredient. Now I’m confused about the whole thing)
- 1 tsp ginger
- 4-6 peppercorns
- 1 pinch stevia
- cinnamon
Instructions:
- Mix turmeric and water. 7-10 minutes. 2 weeks (*grandkid note: someone please explain)
- Mix coconut milk, cerrano?, oil, pasta, ginger, peppercorns and stevia for 10 minutes on low (*grandkid note: I’m assuming this means in a saucepan on low heat).
- Strain.
- Pour in cup and sprinkle with cinnamon.
