Pre-Bed Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup turmeric
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp cerrano?
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp – 1 tbsp pasta (*grandkid note: I’m gonna be real honest, I thought I was tracking until this ingredient. Now I’m confused about the whole thing)
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 4-6 peppercorns
  • 1 pinch stevia
  • cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Mix turmeric and water. 7-10 minutes. 2 weeks (*grandkid note: someone please explain)
  2. Mix coconut milk, cerrano?, oil, pasta, ginger, peppercorns and stevia for 10 minutes on low (*grandkid note: I’m assuming this means in a saucepan on low heat).
  3. Strain.
  4. Pour in cup and sprinkle with cinnamon.
