Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie

Ingredients:

  • Graham cracker crust
  • 1 – 5 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 – 3.4 oz box instant lemon pudding
  • 2 – 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup lemonade concentrate

Instructions:

  1. Combine evaporated milk and instant pudding mix in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese for 3 minutes. Then add lemonade concentrate.
  3. Combine all ingredients. Pour into crust.
  4. Chill for at least 4 hours.

Family Note

Trying something new in the kitchen was an adventure we were all ready for. Even if that meant endeavoring to create a very hungry caterpillar cake for our kiddo.
