Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

Pineapple Cheese Ball
  • 3 or 4 – 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can pineapple (drained)
  • 1 large bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • salt to taste
  • nuts (chopped)
  • any kind of cheese (grated)
Beef Cheese Ball
  • 3 or 4 – 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 or 2 pkg chopped beef (in pieces)
  • 1 large bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • nuts (chopped)
  • hot pepper cheese (grated)

Instructions:

  1. Roll in ball and crushed nuts.
  2. Let set for 24 hours.
