Ingredients:
Pineapple Cheese Ball
- 3 or 4 – 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can pineapple (drained)
- 1 large bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- salt to taste
- nuts (chopped)
- any kind of cheese (grated)
Beef Cheese Ball
- 3 or 4 – 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 or 2 pkg chopped beef (in pieces)
- 1 large bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- nuts (chopped)
- hot pepper cheese (grated)
Instructions:
- Roll in ball and crushed nuts.
- Let set for 24 hours.
