Ingredients:
Cheesecake
- 3 – 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 eggs
- salt (dash)
- 3 cups sour cream
Crust
- 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Bake crust at 375° F for 8 minutes.
- Reduce oven to 325° F.
- Combine cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups sugar, lemon juice, salt, eggs and 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Pour into crust.
- Bake at 325° F for 45-50 minutes.
- Combine sour cream and remaining sugar (1/2 cup) and vanilla extract (1 1/2 tsp). Top cheesecake and return to oven for 10 minutes.
