Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sweet cherry juice
- cinnamon (two shakes)
- 1 bottle brandy (only need enough to taste)
- 1 pkg cherries
- 1/2 cup almond extract
- 1 pkg vanilla ice cream
Instructions:
- In sauce pan, dissolve brown sugar in butter. Add cherry juice and cinnamon and cook until thickens.
- Add brandy (enough to taste) and cherries. When glazed add capful of [quantra?] and almond extract.
- Heat before hardens. Add heated brandy, ignite and spoon over ice cream.
