Mandarin Orange Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:

Cake Batter
  • 1 Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Wesson oil
  • 11 oz can mandarain oranges
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
Icing
  • 12 oz cool whip
  • 3 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 16 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)

Instructions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350° F.
  2. Combine cake ingredients on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Prepare 3 pans, greased with wax paper.
  4. Pour batter into pans.
  5. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes.
  6. Let cakes cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove and cool complete on rack.
  7. Prepare icing.
  8. Frost cakes and store in fridge.

Serve Cold

For those days when you just need to pull up a chair to the refrigerator and find something sweet.
