Let’s talk choc-o-bakes. Many vintage recipes have ingredients we may not be familiar with. This discontinued (in 2015) Nestle product was pre-melted unsweetened chocolate flavoring. Here’s a quick recipe that can be used in place of it:
– 3 oz unsweet baking chocolate
– 9 Tbsp unsweet cocoa powder
– 3 Tbsp butter or oil
