Triple Berry Angel Food Roll

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg Angel Food Cake Mix
• 1 cup xxx sugar (powdered)
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 12 oz cool whip
• 1 pkg strawberries
• 1 pkg blueberries
• 1 pkg raspberries

Instructions:

1. Pre heat oven to 350° F.
2. Prepare angel food cake mix according to package directions.
3. Spread batter over 10″x15″x1″ with parchment.
4. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes.
5. While warm, dust tea towel with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and roll up cake. Let cool for 2 hours (or refrigerate).

Filling Instructions:

1. Combine cream cheese, 3/4 cup powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
2. Mix in cool whip.
3. Unroll cake.
4. Spread filling.
5. Add berries.
6. Reroll.
