Cloud Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs (separated)
  • 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese (or greek yogurt)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300° F.
  2. Add cream of tartar to egg whites till stiff peaks.
  3. Mix egg yolks and cream cheese (or yogurt).
  4. Fold 1/2 whites into yolks then next half .
  5. Place 1/2 cup dollops and spread 1/2″ thick on parchment .
  6. Bake at 300° F for 30 mins .
  7. Let cool for 1 hour.
