Ingredients:
- 3 eggs (separated)
- 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
- 3 tbsp cream cheese (or greek yogurt)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300° F.
- Add cream of tartar to egg whites till stiff peaks.
- Mix egg yolks and cream cheese (or yogurt).
- Fold 1/2 whites into yolks then next half .
- Place 1/2 cup dollops and spread 1/2″ thick on parchment .
- Bake at 300° F for 30 mins .
- Let cool for 1 hour.
