Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 large (chicken) breast
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Onion
  • 2 pkg frozen mixed veggies
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Aldi’s frozen pie crust

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Cook chicken with carrot, celery and onion for 30 minutes (cut up after).
  3. Nuke (microwave) frozen veggies.
  4. Add everything to frozen pie crust.
  5. Bake at 425° F for 20 minutes.
