Ingredients:
- 12 ripe tomatoes
- 2 peppers
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 cup vinegar
- 3 onions
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Peel tomatoes.
- Boil for over 1 hour.
