Five Cheese Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb elbow mac
  • 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups cheddar (divided)
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp feta
  • 1 cup provolone (small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup smoked gouda
  • 2 tsp salt (divided)
  • 2 tsp pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Cook and drain macaroni.
  3. Add butter, salt and pepper. Add cheeses (save 1 cup of cheddar). Add eggs and milk. Mix until all incorporated.
  4. Pour in 9×13 pan. Top with remaining cheddar.
  5. Back at 350°F for 40-45 minutes.
